Notaries may be caught up in acts of inclusion in criminal acts, especially in corruption crimes that have characteristics in terms of subjects, objects and deeds and are carried out by people who have special skills or have the authority, opportunity or means that exist in them because of their position or position. The method used in this study is empirical juridical, which is research that seeks to connect the prevailing legal norms with the reality that exists in society. The research specifications used are descriptive analytical which is expected to be able to provide a detailed, systematic, and comprehensive picture of all related matters. The results showed that a new Notary can be held accountable if he has made a mistake or committed an act that violates laws and regulations. Restorative justice is a settlement system created by the Attorney General's Office through Perja Number 15 of 2020 by stopping the prosecution of cases. The problems discussed in this study are 1) How is the application of the concept of restorative justice as the development of the criminal system in Indonesia? 2) How is the settlement of cases at the prosecutorial level against the crime of motor theft by the public prosecutor based on a restorative justice approach?</em></p> <p><em>The approach method used is normative juridical and the research specifications are descriptive analytical by analyzing the applicable laws and regulations with facts in the field. Berdasarkan fakta pada, Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah dihadapkan pada faktor internal dan eksternal dalam implementaasi kebijakan dimasa pandemi covid 19 yang terkait&nbsp; penyelenggaraan pajak restoran.Teori yang digunakan sebagai pendekatan dalam menganalisa masalah yang diteliti,&nbsp; adalah teori Edward III yaitu berdasarkan pada empat indikator utama, komunikasi, sumber-sumber, sikap pelaksana dan struktur birokrasi. Pelayanan dalam sektor administrasi kependudukan merupakan salah satu pelayanan yang paling banyak permintaannya. Salah satu rangkaian kegiatan dalam administrasi kependudukan yaitu proses pencatatan sipil. Bentuk-bentuk pelayanan yang diberikan terkait urusan kependudukan, diantaranya adalah pelayanan Kartu Keluarga (KK).</p> <p>Teori yang dijadikan acuan adalah teori tentang <em>Koordinasi</em> dari Hasibuan (2011:88) dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi koordinasi: kesatuan tindakan, komunikasi, pembagian kerja, dan disiplin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah&nbsp;&nbsp; kualitatif dengan rumusan masalah deskriptif dimana pendekatan ini digunakan untuk mengetahui secara sistematis fakta atau gambaran mengenai kepemilikan kartu keluarga di Kecamatan Ibun Kabupaten Bandung. Sumber data primer yaitu sumber pertama yang langsung memberikan data kepada pengumpul data. Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data primer yaitu pelaksana pemerintahan tingkat kecamatan Ibun. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 15 informan yang merupakan Kepala Disdukcapil, Camat Ibun, Kepala KUA Kecamatan Ibun, Kepala Desa yang berada diwilayah Kecamatan Ibun,</p> <p>Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh gambaran bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi koordinasi: kesatuan tindakan, belum terkoordinasinya tindakan-tindakan antar-lembaga pemerintahan; komunikasi,&nbsp; sudah terjalin namun masih belum mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan pelayanan Kartu Keluarga (KK); pembagian kerja, masih terdapat sebagian kecil pegawai yang belum bekerja secara maksimal sesuai dengan bidang tugasnya; disiplin, masih terdapat pegawai yang belum menaati aturan organisasi yang berlaku.</p> <p>Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat solusi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam koordinasi yang dilakukan oleh Camat dalam pelayanan Kartu Keluarga (KK) di Kecamatan Ibun Kabupaten Bandung, yaitu: koordinasi dalam kesatuan tindakan, komunukasi, pembagian kerja, dan disiplin antara camat dengan lembaga pemerintahan yang terkait dengan pelayanan KK dari awal ajuan KK hingga terbitnya KK. Service quality provides an impetus to service users to establish a bond relationship with service providers. Trust in the use of a product or service, in this case in the form of the service used, is an important factor that needs to be considered by the hospital/clinic. Research objectives: to obtain test results and studies on service quality and employee performance that can affect patient trust at the Mitra Mulya Bandung Pratama Clinic. </em></p> <p><strong><em>Method:</em></strong><em> The design of this type of research used is correlative analytic with a cross-sectional approach consisting of X1 service quality and X2 employee performance on Y Patient Trust. The population and sample of this study were visiting patients with a total sample of 113 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing used were multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simultaneous determination coefficient and partial determination coefficient, simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. </em></p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em> The results showed that 65% had poor service quality and 55% of health workers' performance was not good. For an officer working in a waste area, waste-related information will be very useful to know where they should prioritize waste-handling activities. During the current Covid-19 pandemic, the capacity of waste contents is not just ordinary waste, but mixed with medical waste, such as disposable masks, tissues, and disposable gloves, if medical waste is allowed to accumulate for too long it will be badly impacted in the surrounding environment, the trash can needs to be monitored and controlled to ensure a healthy and clean environment.&nbsp; This study presents the design and implementation of an Internet of things (IoT)-based Arduino microcontroller that works with MQ-135 sensors of chemical sensor types that are sensitive to NH3 compounds, NOx, alcohol, benzols, smoke (CO), and CO2. As well as ultrasonic sensors that can detect waste volume levels and periodically display information on LCD screens and with Wifi modules web server systems display status-related information,&nbsp; volume, hazard level, and safe from the trash can in real-time. This process helps monitor and control medical waste in the trash can. Many tests were carried out to evaluate the working capabilities of the device in real-time. The measured distance from the bin is transmitted to the website, this web page performs analytics and visualization diagrams that show the status and level of medical waste, time, and location in real-time.
